The CHED division has a delegate to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. This delegate participates in regular phone meetings and does subcommittee work within the DEI committee to contribute to the many initiatives within ASEE for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within engineering education. Such initiatives have recently included best diversity paper competitions for the annual ASEE conference, reports on the status of diversity and inclusion within engineering and engineering education, and education initiatives for ASEE members and beyond.
